When is my credit applied?

My friend ordered but I didn't get my credit
They need to have used your referral link to receive their 15% off code and then use that 15% off code to place their order.
Terms & Conditions
Referrer receives $6.99 in Lifelines credit for each friend’s first qualifying order, applied after the order is placed. A qualifying order is defined as a completed purchase on lifelines.com and must be completed with the unique 15% off code the friend generates using the referral link shared by the referrer. Rewards will not be issued for orders that are cancelled, refunded, charged back, or determined to be fraudulent. Lifelines credit may be used only toward future purchases on Lifelines.com and is not transferable. Credit has no cash value and does not expire. Self-referrals and multiple accounts at the same household are not eligible. Participants who share referral links publicly must clearly disclose that they may receive a referral reward if someone makes a qualifying purchase through their link. Valid on U.S. orders only.
