These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lifelines consumer website, digital storefront, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are provided by Lifelines, Inc. (“Lifelines,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Services, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who We Are
Lifelines creates clinically informed, science-backed sensory immersions products designed to support long-term health and wellness. Our products are intended for healthy adult consumers and are not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness regimen.
2. Eligibility and Your Account
To use the Services or make a purchase, you must:

Delays caused by carriers, customs, or external events are outside our control.
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate; we are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

We may be unable to cancel orders once processed.
8. Personal Use Only
All purchases from the Services are for personal, non-commercial use. Reselling, exporting, or distributing Lifelines products without authorization is strictly prohibited.

All content found on the Services—including trademarks, product names, visual assets, copy, designs, research summaries, and educational materials—is owned or licensed by Lifelines.
You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Services without our prior written consent.

The Services may incorporate tools or links provided by third parties (including Shopify). These third parties operate independently from Lifelines.
We are not responsible for:

Lifelines supplements are:

12. Feedback & Reviews
If you submit feedback, reviews, ideas, or suggestions (“Feedback”), you grant Lifelines a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, publish, and modify such Feedback for any purpose.
You represent that your Feedback:

We may moderate, remove, or decline to post reviews at our discretion.
13. Prohibited Conduct

To transmit malware, scraping tools, automated scripts, or unauthorized promotional material;

Except where prohibited by law, the Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind—express or implied—including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
We do not guarantee that:

15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lifelines and its affiliates will not be liable for:

Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Lifelines harmless from any losses, damages, or claims arising from:

18. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by the laws of the state in which Lifelines is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts for any dispute.
19. Severability & Waiver
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary. Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
20. Assignment
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights at any time.
21. Mobile Terms of Service
The Lifelines mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Lifelines (“Lifelines”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Lifelines’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Lifelines through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Lifelines. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18552593317 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Lifelines mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
