Through research and over 200 interviews with health concerned smokers, Dr. Ferguson developed The No Nag-No-Guilt-Do-it-Your-Own-Way Guide to Quitting Smoking. The guide is dedicated to "health-concerned smokers everywhere who do care about their health and do want to take more control of their smoking, in their own way and in their own time."
