This ten session program focuses on making peace with food and still honoring healthful eating. Participants are shown how to throw out the guilt but not the food, how to stop body-bashing and say good-bye to dieting forever.
This worksite weight loss contest program motivates employees to lose weight with their co-workers. Designed to permit individuals and teams to join, participants are given step-by-step lessons on eating, exercise, habits, and lifestyle. Participants receive theme newsletters with exercise and nutrition information and team standings.
This is a 16 week weight management program divided into 8 week parts. This class focuses on learning sensible nutrition and how to make healthy food choices in the real world. Participants are taught behavior management skills for changing habits, creating more positive relationships, and managing stress.
