You will need this number to get your Fitness Stepping Prescription, as well as if you wish to send an e-mail question to our Fitness Expert.

BOX A
I do not participate regularly in programmed recreational sport or heavy physical activity:
0 I avoid walking or exertion, for example, always use elevator, drive whenever possible instead of walking.
1 I walk for pleasure, routinely use stairs, occasionally exercise sufficiently to cause heavy breathing or perspiration.
BOX B
I participate regularly in recreation or work requiring modest physical activity such as golf, horseback riding, calisthenics, gymnastics, table tennis, bowling, weight lifting, yard work:
2 I exercise 10 - 60 min/week.
3 I exercise for over 1 hr/week.
BOX C
I participate regularly in heavy physical exercise such as running or jogging, swimming, cycling, rowing, skipping rope, running in place or engaging in vigorous aerobic activity-type exercise such as tennis, basketball or handball:
4 I spend less than 30 min/wk in physical activity or run less than 1 mile/wk.
5 I spend 30 - 60 min/week in physical activity or run 1 - 5 miles/week.
6 I spend 1 - 3 hrs/week in physical activity or run 5 - 10 miles/week.
7 I spend over 3 hrs/week in physical activity or run over 10 miles/week.
