Variations

Delicious with fish and vegetable dishes.
  • Mornay Sauce
  • 1 cup medium white sauce
  • 1 tablespoon shredded part-skim brick cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg or
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Cook over moderate heat, stirring until cheese are melted.
