DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly coat cookie sheet with nonstick spray. Mix margarine, sugar, egg whites, vanilla and bananas together, then add the dry ingredients, except for chocolate chips. Once well blended, stir in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoon-size balls of dough onto cookie sheet and bake for ten minutes, or until done. | |
